Procedures Manual

Read in conjunction with the Policy the Manual details the necessary tasks and their specifications together with an Outbreak Procedure and Management Reporting, lines of communication.  It will also identify set parameters for the performance of the system for sampling and temperature limits.

Log Books and Monitoring

Oakleaf also supply bespoke log books together with on-site monitoring. Log books are tailored to specific sites and will allow clients to manage the day to day operation of the control of Legionella and subsequent remedial actions.

Water Sampling

Oakleaf can undertake on-site sampling for Legionella and TVC (drinking water) using an independent UKAS Accredited Testing Laboratory.

Oakleaf will receive and interpret the laboratory test results and prepare recommendations for remedial action (including emergency reporting of elevated results).

On-going Auditing

This is an essential part of Managing and Controlling Legionella.

Oakleaf can undertake a full audit of scheme precautions reporting on its effectiveness  and identifying  any changes that may be necessary to ensure that it is operating at its fullest, most robust and within legal limits.

Data Presentation

All data can be input into proprietary database systems. Hand held re-survey tools are also available.
