Typically these include areas such as Legionella , Fire Precautions , Health, Safety and Welfare , Disability Discrimination , Glazing , Presence of Asbestos etc.

Non-Statutory Surveys are those where it is vital to have the information to effectively manage the estate but there is no legal obligation to do so.

Typically these include Physical Condition , Space Utilisation , 6 Facet Surveys , Functional Suitability , Quality , Energy Efficiency etc.

We have our own in-house teams of surveyors who are fully qualified and experienced in these and other areas. This ensures that no work is carried out by ‘generalists’ but rather by dedicated teams. Each team specialises in only a small range of surveys, consequently they gain extensive experience in their own area through repetition.
