Recognising that gathering together much of the 'basic’ estates information can be a challenge we offer a service that we call a 'Desk Top Audit’. This is aimed at reviewing all available information to establish any gaps and confirm its status and integrity.

Once the range of information is established we are able to quickly carry out a detailed analysis using our Traffic Light technique to identify the best and worst premises. This then feeds into the business or service plan to develop a long term Estates Strategy.

Oakleaf can tailor this approach to specifically target wastage and minimise future expenditure. We call this a 'Spending Avoidance Strategy’.
