Documentation review and assessment

This will detail where you are now and what you need to do, to meet the requirements of CAR 2006.

We will produce a report containing steps to meet your legal duties.  All actions will have time scales and budget costs that are suitable for your needs.

Reinspections of identified asbestos

All asbestos materials must be inspected at least every 12 months, even for low risk items.  The exact schedule should be dictated by the risk assessments, but is likely to fall between 6 and 12 months.  We can help you decide the appropriate schedule for your needs.

Identified asbestos locations are inspected, with new risk assessments produced and digital photographs taken for future reference.  This information can be entered into all FM software.

Produce management policies and procedures

An asbestos management policy is a strict legal requirement, and is an essential to protect building users and control the cost of managing asbestos.

We will produce a specific management plan that will outline the risk presented from asbestos in your buildings and how the risk will be controlled.
