The Oakleaf Group have been producing DECs and advisory reports for all of the Trust’s compliant buildings since their requirement for public buildings over 1000m2 in October 2008.  This ongoing relationship with the Trust has developed over the years and the good communication and flow of required information has meant that the DECs are efficient and quickly turned around each year with a minimum of fuss and disruption to the Trust.

The successful completion of DEC projects for the Trust has further been reflected by The Oakleaf Group also producing energy performance certificates for them on an ad hoc basis and carrying out air conditioning inspections on all of their compliant buildings.
