The growing independence of the UKs schools has lead to the need for greater understanding on the part of school finance departments of their maintenance and statutory liabilities; something that historically Local Authorities exclusively managed.
The Oakleaf Group were contracted by the prestigious Dr Challanor's Grammar School, Buckinghamshire to completely review their school estate and report on all known and predictable maintenance works over a 10 year period. The project was turnaround within a two week timescale to meet with the School’s need for accurate data ahead of their drive for Academy status.
