The contract was awarded in two phases with Oakleaf reappointed to assess the Biomass Plant following the successful completion of the FGD audits.

Following consultation and interviews, Oakleaf were appointed in December 2010 to carry out the reviews.

The elevations comprise several historic listed elements with the Lyon’s Corner House and extensions a particular highlight being clad in faience glazed tiles with numerous decorative freizes, cornices and original steel window frames.
